So light skin Casper come on down! Why? Talks of molesting children, wishing death upon others, a little racist remark, stalking and harassing… Lets get this a little more public since you want attention
So little back story cliffs notes style and this is what Elle said:

That right there is a trigger. Why does he think it is ok to casually talk about molesting kids? Then he wants to wish death upon someone. Shit, how about you wish they step on a Lego or something. come on now. So why are we talking about him? Well, Casper has returned and posted that he beat her (elle) and didn’t get a run back on Twitter. This individual He’s been harassing Elle for a year now. Really dude? 365 days out the year and you have yet to find something else to do with yourself.

Sir, Child, I want you to know that stalking and harassment are actual things. If someone were to take these to the police (no telling how many others he wanna bother), it might be time-consuming for the police. However, you can still get charged. Being banned from a lot of events says a lot. It can also be used against you when it comes to the law.
So this is for awareness. Watch out and if you happen to run across this child please report and get your screenies. Who knows what he’s capable of.
